Daniel Clifton - Partner and Head of Policy Research, Strategas
Mr. Daniel Clifton is a Partner at Strategas and the head of the Firm's DC office. He directs its legislative and public policy research efforts. Prior to joining Strategas he served as Executive Director of the American Shareholders Association (ASA), a non-partisan, non-profit organization which analyzes public policy affecting shareholders. His research and political analysis on the interaction between legislation, policy and capital markets has been widely cited in the media. Mr. Clifton and his team have been recognized by Institutional Investor magazine in their annual survey for the past two years. Prior to joining the ASA, Mr. Clifton served as Chief Economist and Federal Affairs Manager for Americans for Tax Reform and as a senior staff member in two gubernatorial administrations working on economic issues. Mr. Clifton received a MS in Economics and Public Finance from Rutgers University and a BA in Urban Planning and Policy Development also from Rutgers

Mrs. Gina Martin Adams provides a top-down perspective on the equity market and sectors for Wells Fargo’s institutional equity clients and frequently presents her views at industry conferences, professional associations, and investment organizations. Prior to her current role, Mrs. Martin Adams spent five years as an Economist for Wachovia. Identification and projection of consumer trends was her primary research focus, and she contributed to Wachovia’s Weekly Economic and Financial commentary. Mrs. Martin Adams received an Honorable Mention among portfolio strategists in Institutional Investors’ 2009 All- America survey and “Best Up and Comer” in 2010. Mrs. Martin Adams holds a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from the University of Florida.
Carter Braxton Worth - Chief Market Technician, Oppenheimer
Mr. Carter Worth is Managing Director and Chief Market Technician for Oppenheimer Asset Management Inc. His work is based on the principles of “collective wisdom” and behavioral science, with a particular emphasis on trend recognition, capital flows, and price action. In his current role, he publishes periodic industry and sector reports, as well as daily market comments. Before joining Oppenheimer, he was the President of Fulcrum Enterprises, and investment advisory firm he founded which specialized in portfolio strategy, asset association, and stock market analysis. His work in technical analysis began at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette where, as a portfolio strategist, he focused on top-down market analysis with due diligence in all areas of asset allocation, market timing, sector rotation, industry weightings, stock selection and risk management. Carter is a frequent guest on CNBC, Bloomberg TV, RobTV, and The Nightly Business Report and he is quoted regularly in publications such as the Wall Street Journal and Barron’s. According to Institutional Investor’s 2010 All-America Research team, he is the second highest technical analyst on Wall Street. Carter holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Boston University.
